Note: Don’t forget to select the relevant Tournament in the Form

To avoid delays on the day please pay by Bank Transfer with your registration.

Please note that this is the only method of payment and cash will NOT be accepted on the day of the tournament.

Your entry will only be confirmed after payment is received.

Club members : Deduct $5
Siblings : Deduct $5 ea
