Please complete the entry form below to enter into the Teams & Individuals Chess tournament.

To avoid delays on the day please pay by Bank Transfer with your registration.

Please note that this is the only method of payment and cash will NOT be accepted on the day of the tournament.

Your entry will only be confirmed if payment is received.

(Confirmation emails will be sent once entries are closed.)

Please make a payment corresponding to the number of players on the entry form.

Family Team with 2 members $ 45
Family Team with 3 members $ 60
Family Team with 4 members $ 70
