KIDS CHESS TOURNAMENT

Suitable for Juniors aged 6 to 16.

This is an ideal first tournament for kids (as long as they know how the pieces move & capture)

and Intermediate or Advanced players alike – with extra prizes for beginners.

DIVISIONS : Over 10, Under 10 & Under 8

Prizes for top 3 scorers in each division (subject to sufficient entries)

If there are sufficient entries, separate tournaments will be run by age divisions so that everyone plays against players in their own age group.

Format : Everyone plays 7 rounds of 5 mins each for the whole game + 5 seconds added after every move (approx 20 mins for each game)

Entry Fee : $ 30
Club Members $25
Siblings $25 each
